How to use pad printing machine oil

1. Install the knife ring, and lock the exhaust screw and cup cover.

2. Turn over the oil bug of the pad printing machine, add the diluted ink, or dilute it directly in the oil bug of the pad printing machine, but stir it with non-magnetic materials.

3. Fix the printed board (thin steel plate or nylon board) on the base plate and turn it over (the pattern side is facing down). If you use thick steel plates, you can omit the previous steps and turn them over directly.

4. Carefully place the oil bug with the adjusted ink on the patterned side under the printing board, and rotate it appropriately to make the oil bug adsorb with the printing plate.

5. Turn over the printed board with the oil bug adsorbed (the oil bug is on the top of the printed board), put it into the pad printing oil bug and lock it.

6. Loosen the vent screw of the cup cover, push the oil BUG by hand to the right below the oil bug guide movable frame, put down the movable frame, and tighten the oil bug movable frame again.

7. After all installation is completed, push the oil bug back and forth manually to see whether the oil bug is inside the steel plate.

8. With automatic printing control, adjust the forward and backward moving speed (not too fast) and observe the oil scraping. If there is oil leakage, please check whether the oil bug is installed properly? Is there any notch or damage on the knife ring? Is the steel plate installed smoothly? Find out and solve the problems such as whether there are stolen goods between the steel sheet and the backing plate.

9. The operation of removing the pad printing oil is basically the opposite of the appeal.
